28DEC2023 Jason Brown Arrived for non club tune up. Spoke with homeowners about the systems performance. Oh it’s working well, what happened was this electrical diagram came loose from the door and caught fire, we’d like it all cleaned up and looked over. Homeowner showed me to the thermostat and equipment. Disconnect power to equipment, remove pressure switch and transformer. Pull blower door. Inspect wheel and motor for oil leaks/ dirt and debris. Pull motor and inspect heat exchanger. Wipe out all cabinets, brush out blower wheel, and coil. Reassemble equipment. Check hsi and clean flame sensor. Verify heat rise, and gas pressure. Leak test gas lines. Run equipment for 10-15min check for monoxide. 0ppm monoxide. Cycled equipment into all stages at the thermostat. Discussed Mylar ductwork with homeowner and benefits of a maintenance contract. Homeowner would like to hold off for now. System is heating safely and properly at this time.
