Alano M. Jake K. 6/14/24 This was a no cool call Customer stated that system was not turning on Upon inspection found the control board failing and the furnace fan was not operating Bypassed the control board and supplied power to the motor. system began to cool down but had a head pressure pushing 500 psi. I found the return in the house not pulling in any air and with a high head pressure suspected duct work to be compromised Asked customer when was last time he had the duct work inspected. Went in the attic and found that the duct work was pulling in attic air and insulation was ripped off. This caused the system to run at a high head pressure. We cleaned the condenser and recommended replacing the system and duct work Homeowner wants to contact home warranty about replacing the system We left the system in working condition at this time and do not expect it to run another year.
