Silver club AC maintenance. Joe(JC)R. 06/28/2024 Performed full system evaluation and safety inspection. I arrived to perform the customer’s annual AC maintenance on a system with a 18 year condenser and 21 year old furnace and coil. The customer didn’t have any questions and said that everything was running well. I washed out the condenser coil then checked the furnace and coil. The furnace was in good shape as was the evaporator coil. I replaced the filter as well. Then checked the condenser. The condenser was in good shape and running well and without issue. The system is operating correctly at this time.
