Super great! Super informative!👍
Jasón recommended this company and your service was excellent and appreciated
At first the tech said I needed to have freon added for $149. and also cost of a diagnosis call, $89.99. I told him I had already a diagnosis call and nothing was indicated as being needed and his office had said that there would be no charge for the diagnosis. I told him I would think on the freon. Brandon called back and said he went ahead and added nine oz. of freon and wouldn't charge for the diagnosis call. There was no charge for the service. That restored my faith in Interstate and the owners, Kai and Jamie.
Jordan did a great job

Ray F. 7/23/22. Arrived to a new customer no cool service call and the customer greeted me at the front door. I introduced myself and asked what air conditioner issues he was having. I inspected the air filter and found it be very dirty. Replaced 16x25x1 air filter and inspected system. Found emergency float switch tripped and condensate drain line clogged. The condensate drain line is copper. Cleared line with nitrogen and checked system operations. Condenser fan motor and compressor amps normal. Contact, wiring and disconnect in good condition. Capacitor within manufacturer recommendations. Refrigerant charge ok. System working properly at this time. Recommend routine preventative maintenance. Thank you for your business.
I arrived for a summer tune up on a new club member. We are using theirs first service as the diagnostic fee on this particular call. I spoke with the homeowner and found that the system will cool at night but it will heat up during the day. I inspected the system and found the evaporator coil to be clean and rust free. I inspected the condenser and found the coils to be completely stopped up and stone slabs and rocks to be piled up on the access side of the condenser. I removed the stone slabs and rocks and did not put them back due to the slab and rocks blocking the air flow the system needs. I then cleaned the condenser out to the best I could with the low water pressure and long hose line. Once the system was cleaned I cycled the system on and checked its charge. I found the system to be running a little low on refrigerant charge. I made this aware tot he homeowner and explained the leak search and refrigerant charge pricing at this time. The homeowner wanted to not do anything mor
Just had a blown fuse replaced it everything’s working within manufacture specifications
Gave an estimate for repairing and insulating existing ductwork. Also redo returns on existing system
22JUN2022 Jason B Arrived for new customer two system tune up. Spoke with homeowner about the systems performance. Everything is working, we just bought the house and would like them tuned up. Cycled upstairs system on cooling. Inspected blower cabinet motor, coil, and all electrical components/connections. Moved to AC inspected pressures, compressor, fan, and all electrical connections/components at the AC. Washed condenser coils. Changed customer provided filter. Blower clean 4.5a cap 7.5/7.5 coil clean 300/1000 CFM return 470/1000 CFM supply Homeowner mentioned airflow issues in the back upstairs bedroom. Recommend adding return to front upstairs bedroom and blocking some of the supply at the register to this same room to allow more airflow into the system, and to help push some of the puppy air back to the room struggling. Due to attic configuration running another supply is not possible. System is overcharged 15/10 degree sub cooling. When a system is overcharged it increases
Arrived on June 20 for a no cool down the system town pounds low on 410 A offered leaks search but customer declined it at this time advise the customer that we cannot guarantee the refrigerant without a leak search everything’s running within manufacturer specifications at this time. Also waived the service charge because we were out here in April and cannot accurately check the charge.
I arrived to inspect a system for replacement. We discussed why they wanted to replace the system and what rooms have a hard time keeping cool. We decided to bid a 2.5 ton 16seer carrier/Bryant system with line set and a 10 year parts warranty and a optional 10 year labor warranty. The homeowner will be following up with her husband and I will be following up with them on this Wednesday morning.

Cleared water out of the drain pan because of the frozen coil. There’s a charge on unit after running for 30 minutes it had 9° and some cooling and 20° of superheat. Suction saturation was 47°. Current contractor stated that he remove the filter because of the previous contractor left it in it was completely clogged this was what is the result in a frozen system. And install filter in the home everything‘s running within manufacturer specifications at this time. Also checked contactor for proper operation there was no fault with contactor.
Arrived on 27 April for a AC tuneup checked evaporator and blower clean flush drain line with water to ensure proper flow. Check capacitor on blower motor 20 Mike for ads and was running at 19 µF which is within the plus or -6% deviation. Check contactor capacitor and hard start kit were within tolerance noted that the unit seemed a little low but due to the 67° indoorAnd the 65° outdoor temperature cannot make it accurate determination on charge customer is aware of the situation if we have to return this summer for any reason we waive the service fee. Wash condenser customer changes their own filters.
That’s on 22nd of April for an no cool inspected evaporator and blower they were both extremely dirty customer does not want to clean today. When I went out to the condenser found the condenser fan was not operational this was due to a bad capacitor customer authorized replacement of capacitor. Checked charge on unit it had 18° superheat and 6.5° sub cooling bottom of the condenser is extremely deteriorated from animal urine. Tested hot surface igniter if it was within manufacture specifications. Measured amp draw on a induced draft motor it was rated at 1.9 A and was running at 1.9 A. Checked blower wheel it is dirty recommend cleaning blower wheel at it at earliest convenience to prolong the life of the blower motor. Change filter in the home. Measure gas pressure coming out of the gas valve was running at 3.5 inches of water column. Inspected heat exchanger and flu pipe no de formations were found.
