Completed duct cleaning for customer. Arrived to job site shortly introduced myself to the customer, customer has been wanting a duct cleaning. customer had been dealing with respiratory issues and has not had a duct cleaning in home in the past 30 years. Customer had been there. After I explained to the customer the step-by-step process on a duct cleaning, I then shortly started my inspection process. Once inspection process began, I checked each vent on each side of the house to make sure that the inner liner of the flex duct was not brittle and would not tear in contact with duct cleaning machine.
