Jake Kring. 10-04-24. I arrived for a silver club membership summer and fall tune up. I spoke with the homeowner and found that she had a filter to replace. I replaced the filter that she provided and I inspected the system. I swapped the filter and cycled the furnace on. I checked all electrical components and the gas pressure and found the gas pressure to be where I set it when I replaced the gas valve on the last repair. I found no issues with the electrical parts in the furnace. I did bring up the last repairs with the homeowner and recommended to install a surge protector on the indoor unit due to how many times we had repairs on this furnace the past couple of years. We decided to not install a surge protector at this time. I then inspected the outdoor system and found that the condenser was dirty but all electrical parts were working properly. I checked the systems refrigerant charge and cleaned the condenser coils. I found the system to be running well in both heat and ac mode
