07JAN2024 Jason Brown Arrived for silver club no heat. Spoke with Beth about the systems performance. They showed me to the stat and explained that the system will begin the start up sequence, then resets and never lights. We cycled the system together and the equipment came on. Checked all amps and temperature deltas. Measured heat rise and verified gas pressure. Cycled system on and off at the thermostat. Cycled gas valve on and off. Unplugged and plugged back in furnace. verify no obstructions in airflow/ flue. Flushed out acid trap. Checked pressure switches HSI cleaned flame sensor. Inspected heat exchangers, and analyzed combustion. I cannot find any issues with the system at this time. Will need to get back out when it’s not working. Spoke with Beth about my findings we decided to go ahead and adjust this to the tune up. System is heating properly at this time.
