Austin 2/4/25 Completed furnace tuneup on the brand new 90% carrier downflow after going through the system, thoroughly and checking all the corresponding parts. There was no issues with the equipment whatsoever. Everything was in great shape. I did clean out the inside of the unit a little bit with my vacuum and around the closet itself And I also clean the flame sensor and adjusted the gas pressure but as far as mechanically working and readings, everything was working exactly how it should which came to no surprise with it being 11 months old, but anything can happen. That is why we check everything out and that is why it also has warranties because you never know what could happen but as of now it appears that they are good to go and shouldn’t have any issues on the furnace itself and as far as , the filters they were all changed during today’s visit as well so they are good to go on their furnace .
