I previously spoke with the homeowner before going out to inspect the system. The homeowner explained on how the system has been running every sense we have been working on it for the past 6 months and they think the system has not worked correctly at all. I arrived at the home and inspected the system and found the system to be heating and holding the temperature set on the thermostat but the outdoor system is cycling off and on constantly. I found the high pressure switch in the condenser to be leaking refrigerant and causing the system to shut off on low pressure. I researched the past repairs and found that we have looked for a leak and replaced the shader cores and added refrigerant to the system in the past. With the homeowners bringing up our past technicians and what they described the work they did I do not feel like we found and fixed the system correctly. I repaired the systems refrigerant leak and charged the system per manufacture specifications.
