The service was fine. My problem is with the timing. I had a scheduled appointment in October but no one showed up. When I called to re-schedule the earliest appointment was at the end of December. My system required parts that would have been covered under the warranty but the warranty expired on Nov. 1st. I was charged for those parts even though the service was delayed through no fault of mine. It took three phone calls over a period of about 19 days to finally speak to the service manager. They did offer to cover 1/2 of the covered parts. I feel that they should have covered 100% of that.
