I had a new Gas Pack/ HVAC installed and the installation team discovered that a part was not performing properly so they contacted their home office to arrange for Donnie, a highly trained and skilled tech to modify and install a temporary part that night so we would have heat until the replacement part arrived and then to have Donnie install the replacement part and carry out systems checks to ensure that the unit was working at peak performance. Donnie is very knowledgeable, well trained and professional. He explained why the original part was malfunctioning and why it had to be replaced.
