Systems #9 is approximately 2-3lbs low on charge. System #7 is completely voided on refrigerant, 10lbs of R410 is needed for #7. Recommends ac leak freeze to stop or slow down the leak on both systems to get both systems running for now. Checked pressures and delta T for both kitchen unit and dinning unit (#7 and #9). System #7 has a leaking indoor evaporator coil, and #9 was on hard lock out due to low refrigerant pressures and was starting to freeze up. Tech recommended AC leak freeze on both systems and charging them up to get them back cooling. #7 needs an evaporator coil, pricing to replace it will have to be emailed to lumenant for approval, Colby will be notified of the findings as well. Tech received approval per Jeff cupp for todays repairs. System #7 has been down for months, findings were reported in the past along with other repairs. Office will be notified to re-confirm the findings. Both systems are back cooling.
