Performed CMA full service on 2 gas furnace a/c split systems. - Gas furnace split system 1 (1st floor) blowor motor capacitor rated for 15mf tested weak at 4.74mf. - Capacitor is due for failure, recommend replacement of capacitor. - There is an estimate provided for replacement of capacitor. - Technician flushed drain lines of system and added condensate treatment tablets to drain pan. - Fan, compressor and blowor motor amperage were inside correct specifications. - System is performing properly with a delta T of above 20 degrees. -Gas furnace split system 2 (2nd floor) has no challenges at this time. - System is performing properly and cooling properly with a delta T of over 20degrees. - Fan ,compressor and blowor motor amperage were inside correct specifications . - Tech flushed drain lines and added condensate treatment tablets to drain pan. - Tech completed filter change of 1-12x12x1, 2-20x25x1, and 1-14x20x1 filters. - There are pictures and a performance report attached to thi
