Tech was informed mua has interlock fault code as well as kitchen unit not cooling properly. Tech found mua did not have power on roof fault code was for exhaust hood trying to go through safety’s and damper operation but not able to due to no power to mua tech checked power at disconnect and was not able to find any. Tech checked all breakers and did not find any off or tripped. Electrician will need to be called to get power to mua. Kitchen unit circuit 1 is cutting out on low pressure due to low refrigerant te h performed leak search and was able to get hits from bottom of heater core tech did notice the joint leaking is factor and has not been worked on. Office quoted $1515 p,us tax for repair of leak. Tech recommends replacing evaporator coil due to condition extremely rusty and high risk of leak in future. Office to quote evaporator coil. Will require 2 techs to perform work. S#562L

Customer name is spelled Sacnite Razo. Customer reported indoor coil frozen earlier. System was defrosted on arrival due to customer leaving it off. A coil looks severely impacted by dust and dirt. Fins are in very poor and deteriorated condition. Tech suspects indoor A coil cannot be sufficiently cleaned without risking further destroying fins. Electric furnace and indoor coil are severely corroded. Tech called for cooling and recorded cooling and heating R22 operating pressures. System is very low on R22. Data tag is missing. Tech doesn’t know how many lbs of R22 factory charge the system takes. Tech estimates based on system size that it needs 8 lbs of R22 plus or minus a few to get system properly charged. Compressor contactor is in poor condition. 7.5uf blower capacitor is reading very low at 3.3 uf. Top heat strip wire is burnt off inside electric furnace. Bottom heat strip is unplugged due to one pole of 3 stack sequencer stuck closed. 1 of 3 heat strips turns on and off

Performed routine maintenance per energy savings agreement. Technician was unable to find any challenges while servicing equipment today. System is cooling and heating properly with a delta t of 20 degrees. Customer does change their own filters. Tech left (1) 24x24x1 because it was all they had on the truck. Notified customer that if they needed another filter just to let us know. Customer is in the process of selling home. Tech let them know that if they move and stay within our service area, we could switch service to their new location. If not, they can notify us to cancel their monthly draft.
