I called to have an inspection for my ac/heating system because I HAD a really bad experience with another company that installed my heating/air. Spencer came out and assured me everything was ok. I will be using them after my other warranty goes out.

I appreciate the AC service provided for my older mother. After further analysis, I felt robbed and unappreciated as a customer by your company. I contacted your company after a local company failed to show. I was disappointed with the time it took to arrive on yesterday (told it would be mid-morning), the lack of respect for my time that led to my being late for work, disappointment with the additional charge requested to search for a leak that was thought to exist ($318), not going into the attic to check the split AC system, charging $106 per lb. for R410A, when the average cost is $65 lb. and a final charge of $554 just to add refrigerate to a small AC unit. It feels like your company took advantage of a senior citizen with this extreme charge. This is very sad...I will make sure to share our experience with other potential customers, the BBB and the AG's office.

Seth has excellent customer service and communication skills. He explained the entire maintenance process as well as the plans available for purchase. I will continue to schedule maintenance services with Jackson and Sons.

Tech performed service on goodman split system. Tech did not wash unit throughly due to no water source. Tech used customers sprayer to spray down unit with water. Customer renewed maintenance plan. Customer also stated would like tech to come back for future services. Delta t is within specification and customer is satisfied with today’s service. Found no challenges at todays visit.
Tech found system design is very typical for a mobile home application. Tech verified airflow is not bypassing the coil. Tech inspected ductwork. Tech also tested pressures and found no issues. Normal head pressure in heat mode and normal superheat in AC indicates proper airflow across the coils. Customer recently had work done from another company that stated the coil was open and filters were place on top of the coils. Tech explained that this is also typical of a mobile home furnace and would not cause any airflow issues.
- Tech measured relative humidity in crawl space reading 55.8%, inspected ductwork and foundation vents. No signs up moisture accumulation and all ducts are suspended and in working condition. Customer stated that the system has been operating normally. Ned to send bill. No email address available.
Emailed proposal to customer. She has to speak with her mom before making a decision. Will follow up tomorrow morning to see if decision has been made.
Ran new lines under the church to the baptism area and piped in an electronic Moen emergency shut off valve on the main water line.
