Customer concerned with beeping tech found surge protector module not related to hvac customer narrowed it down to be connected to their WiFi and needs a battery replaced tech set owner estimate for renewal due to not being able to take phone call at work.

- Tech found heat strips not operating due to failed sub panel caused by failed breaker. Recommended calling an electrician to replace the sub panel. - Defrost control board is showing burn marks; tech recommended replacing. Customer approved. Need to order board. - Customer stated that the rear bedroom had no air flow. Tech found fallen 6ft section of metal duct, re-secured and hung the duct. - Customer requested resealing the hood to the house. Tech moved the package unit against the home and resealed with clear silicone. - Recommended replacing burnt contactor, customer postponed. Customer inquired about replacing thermostat; tech provided estimate. Heat pump is operating normally at this time.

Replaced gas valve, converted to LP. System attempted to start but again did not ignite, hot surface ignitor turned, sensor is not sensing igniter. Cleaned sensor and attempted startup but had same result. Will need new ignitor with sensor, photos and form uploaded.

Found failed gas valve, valve is receiving 24v but not opening. Will need to order valve and return to replace. Call customer with availability info to give time frame of expected repair. Call to schedule.

Tech washed and serviced unit and found evap coil to rusted and corroded but no leaks at this time. Tech found no other challenges at this time. Tech recommended plasma air to improve air quality customer was interested but would like to speak with spouse.

Performed ESA, homeowner explained having issues of poor air floor in the front second room of home. Tech found 2 duct lines down. Tech re-hung the 2 duct lines and replaced straps with new ones. Tech also replaced weak dual run capacitor after homeowners approval. System has been serviced and is back on and cooling/heating. Recommended surge protection.
