Upon arrival tech found drain pan full of water. After further inspection tech found drain line having back flow issues. Homeowner stated this has happened every summer multiple times. Stated back flow is what is causing drain line issue. Tech informed homeowner he will have to cut a whole in flooring in order to re-do drain line and install a ez trap. Back flow is very visible at drain line coming from primary drain pan. Homeowner stated he will cut a big enough whole in flooring in order to have unit properly draining and give us a call to have that ez trap installed.. Tech flushed out drain line multiple times to make sure drain line wasn’t clogged either. Also took off insulation from drain line at U bend to push drain line down in order for proper drainage for the time being. Tech uploading pictures and multiple videos to get a better understanding. System is back up and cooling. No charge due to recent visit.
