excellant service

got work done very quickly and took into account the product I already had purchased. only drawback is that work was scheduled between 12-2 and it was a little after 2 before he got there

Customer says she keeps thermostat on 75 when home and 78 when away. She says house took 3 hours to drop from 78 to 75. Tech inspected system and recorded amp draws and refrigerant pressures under pictures. Capacitor is in specs. Tech found no challenges with equipment. Tech changed cooling blower speed from medium high (red) to high (black) to manage the sensible heat load better. Collected housecall.

Tech used foam board and silicone to air seal 15 foundation vents. Installed dehumidifier using two small cinder blocks and two large cinder blocks already under house. Set humidistat to “more dry”. Inspected and photographed entire duct system again. Found no dmore ducts with wet insulation, just exterior condensation as previously documented. Adam told tech to reassure customer that the dehumidifier will solve the crawlspace moisture issue or their money back. Needed to send statement before collecting for today’s work. Collected for today’s work. Dehumidifier jackson and sons warranty is covered 100% for two years. Put card on file

mindyzietlow@wcps.org Found the incorrect wire not connected to the heat strip 24V. Tech corrected the wiring and heat strips engaged afterwards. Amp draw was gathered to verify proper heat strip operation. Homeowners are selling the home.

Upon arrival customer stated inspector found loose ground wire at air handler as well as condensing unit not level. Tech inspected air handler and found ground wire is not being used and does not need to be used as all components in air handler are currently grounded. Tech removed extra ground wire. Tech also leveled condenser with dirt and iso pads. Photos on file. Collected $192.82.

NEED TO INSPECT ENTIRE DUCT SYSTEM EVERY ESA Techs measured CFM before dampering. See picture. CFM in hot bedroom on left of bed was 86 CFM and right of bed was 72 CFM. Dampered 60% shut on front door damper, kitchen damper, junk room damper, small bathroom inside damper. CFM on left side of bed is now 99 CFM and right side is now 84 CFM. Customer followed tech throughout adjustments. Tech advised giving adjustments a few weeks to notice an improvement.

Tech arrived and found system off, tech cut system on and found capacitor had blown out not allowing compressor or fan to come on. Tech replaced capacitor and got system back up and cooling. Tech met customer to collect payment.

Tech took pictures of entire crawlspace. Crawlspace humidity read 85%. All foundation vents are open. Crawlspace is sandy. Sand is damp in some places. Wet and muddy in front left. Found middle front branch line with hole in inner liner and insulation ripped open to drain. Branch line in front right when looking at front door still has water in insulation. The branch lines that go over the return are pinched between the steel frame of home and return. Rust line is present on the steel frame where each branch has touched. Customer reported the left side of the house furthest from the unit is too warm. Quote for dehumidifier and outlet install $3700 plus tax. $3200 plus tax if he does outlet himself. Tech replaced two branch lines per Adam. Got pictures of CFM using flow hood out of vents in hot bedroom and bathroom and comfortable living room for comparison. Living room vents are 80 and 100CFM. Bedroom and bathroom are lower around 66, 68, and 72. Tech measured TESP of 0.42” WC on
