Upon arrival tech was informed that system had stopped heating again around 9pm the night before. Tech inspected system and found the resettable rollout switch was tripped again. Tech disconnected and bypassed switch to observe the flame with an inspection mirror and did not find see the flame coming out of the tubes. Tech also checked heat exchanger with blower on and manometer installed and got a 0.0” reading meaning heat exchanger does not have any cracks. Tech suspects roll out switch is failing and need to replace. System is still under warranty. Estimate was emailed to both emails on file and would like a time frame for getting the part in.
