System #2 serial #1706441074 Tech repaired/brazed the true suction line, while flowing nitrogen, that broke off at the brazed area on the suction line by the compressor. Pressure tested with nitrogen to 292psi, pulled vacuum below 500 microns. Charged system with 11 lbs of R410a to achieve proper levels. System is back up and cooling.
Gas pack#4 serial #221310511L Replaced a RTRM board that was previously diagnosed by another tech. After repairs, tech noticed the compressors were not turning as it should, board is now sending power out to the Y, thru the low pressure switches but not the high pressure switches. Traced wiring/voltage back to the RTOM board and J7(freeze stat) and found it to be tripped/stuck. Tech disconnected the J7 plug from the RTOM board and both compressors started back up and cooling. Need to quote and order a OEM freeze stat (picture on file).
