Romario came out for my unit not cooling. He talked thru everything that could be causing the issues then started troubleshooting. He was able to fix the unit very quickly! Outstanding tech!

Found a failed variable speed blower motor failed, indoor airhandler has a 40 amp breaker and outdoor unit has a 30amp breaker. Both have service disconnects nearby. Indoor and outdoor unit have mismatched brand units. Due to the cost of repairs, customer requested a system replacement quote as a better alternative. Field supervisor was contacted to provide the homeowner a solution. Split system is down.
Performed ESA. Tech found the mini split low on charge, leak was spotted on the evaporator coil. To replace the coil, Sheetrock may have to be cut out to undo the line to remove the coil. Customer is wanting to receive a replacement vs repair quote and possibly relocate the mini split if possible if it does get replaced. System is down for now. Field supervisor is scheduled to contact the customer for next Saturday to provide a solution.
Tech arrived and replaced sensor. Tech tested new sensor and found all readings to be accurate. Custome was not home and can not get answer on phone. Office stated they would continue trying to contact and collect payment all is good at this time.

tech found failed breaker, tech replaced after approval system is now back heating with no issues. Tech found W wire not wired in t stat tech wired in W so heat strips would work.
Tech arrived and found system satisfied, tech inspection system for any challenges and found non. Pressures looked good, defrost cycle operating properly and heat strips are operating properly.
Customer stated hot water was not as hot as needed. I checked temperature and shared results with customer.
Tech arrived and found mini split not keeping up, tech inspected system and found no challenges with pressures tech found blower wheel covered in debris with very little airflow. Tech moved fan from auto to full speed to get more airflow customer signed mini with 3 heads on maintenance plan. Maintenance for mini split needs to be scheduled as soon as possible and all blower wheels need to be pulled and cleaned.

Tech was informed of noise in condenser. Tech found condenser was going into defrost causing that pressure sound. Tech informed customer on the defrost cycle he did confirm that was the noise being made. Homeowner came snd tech explained noise as well. Tech informed customer on thermostat price he declined at this moment.
Tech found no issues with the wiring on the system. All connections are wired correctly.
Tech washed and serviced unit and found no challenges at this time. Unit is up heating and cooling properly at this time with a delta t of 20 plus tech left replaced filters with customer since she has recently replaced.

Tech washed and serviced unit and found dual run capacitor to be testing weak was also found and recommend at last visit customer would like to wait till spring to replace. Customer was having issues with the thermostat rebooting it self tech cleaned all alerts and service messages and reset the thermostat cycled sys with no further issues. Tech informed customer to let it run and if the issue keeps happening to give us a call. Customer stated they may would buy their own thermostat and have us install. Unit is up heating properly at this time.
