Excellent Response & Service

Noah showed up and went right to work. He diagnosed there was a leak in the system and located the leak. Placed part on order and as soon as part is received will schedule to install soonest. I am hoping before this weekend. Don’t have a rating on taking care of comfort needs in a timely manner. If A/C unit is fixed before the weekend I would give a 5 star review. Placed part on order and still have to install and test more to follow.

Kyle was outstanding ! I’ve worked with multiple people on the Jackson & Son’s HVAC team from service, design and installation…. I can’t recommend Jackson & Sons enough. I’m a 60 year old Contractor and I’ve seen more than my share of sketchy HVAC subcontractors… Jackson & Sons has restored my faith.

So far my experience has been 5⭐️! I have hired them to install a Rinnai water heater. They were here this morning to give me an estimate and will be installing tomorrow. Price was very fair, in my opinion.

Missed communication

Service team was only informed of one of two issues I requested service on. They did not have the equipment to repair the main issue and we had to reschedule that. That part is very irritating. However, the technicians were excellent and repaired the other issue quickly. The company also agreed with me I should not be charged a second service call charge. They say they record the conversations. I hope they review this one.

Excellent work and excellent employee

Landen is always in great spirits, very informative, courteous, and genuine person I have the pleasure to meet. He remembers things from last time he worked at your home, about the home and my family. The best thing is he always cleans up after himself, puts everything back the way it was, and makes sure to go over any issues right away. Not sure if he wants out of field work but would look at a promotion for this man.

This was the best experience. From the time I called ..on a Sunday morning...I got a very nice person to help me. She told me a service tech would be calling me. Within a few minutes I had a call and a time he would arrive. He checked in later to give me an update. When he arrived he was professional, very courteous and got our AC up and running. We signed up for the maintenance plan. Thank you!

Tech arrived and found dual run capacitor had blown and upstairs was set to 73 but 86. Tech replaced dual run non stock capacitor and system is back up and running.

Upon arrival customer stated system runs for long periods of time. Tech monitored pressures at 20 year old R22 split system. Found suction and subcooling slightly low but high head pressure due to dirty condenser coil. Recommended performing leak search. Customer opted to have condenser cleaned and charged back up. Tech washed condensing coil and added 1lb of R22. System is cooling. Recommended investing in service agreement.

Upon arrival tech found 7 flash fault code at condenser while running indicating a low charge or restriction. Tech found pressures to be low, performed leak search and found large leak at evaporator coil. Will need to order coil and cover under warranty per office.

Upon arrival tech found past alert on thermostat displaying that system ran for over 4 hours in cool mode and indoor temp increased 4 degrees. Tech ran system and monitored operation. Delta t and pressures are within spec, tech was unable to find any challenges to duplicate issue. Added insulation to thermostat hole behind display. System is cooling properly. Install warranty.

TECH PERFORMED CMA FULL SERVICE ON 3 SPLIT SYSTEMS. ALL SYSTEMS ARE COOLING PROPERLY AND HAVE A PROPER DELTA T. PERFORMED AND COMPLETED FIKTER CHANGE OF 6-20x20x1 FILTERS AND 1-12x24x1 FILTER. THERE ARE PICTURES AND A PERFORMANCE REPORT ATTACHED TO THIS INVOICE.
