{2008 Trane Condenser} — Tech found broken bracket on the inside portion of the outdoor fan suspension assembly, connecting directly to the fan motor, causing abnormal audio due to imbalanced motor and unstable bracket. — Bracket needs to be replaced - office will contact realty company for pricing and approval. — Temporary repair to the bracket (seen in photos) was performed by tenant prior to this visit. — Advised tenant not to run system in heat mode, only auxiliary heat to prevent permanent damage to motor and compressor. Turned breaker off at condenser and confirmed heat strip operation. System is operating at this time. No charge for this visit per office.
