Tech preformed CMA FULL SERVICE on 1 Split AC System. System is operating within specifications at this time. Only challenge tech found is in ductwork. The supply vent is located next to an exhaust fan, when the exhaust fan is on it is pulling all the cool air out just as it comes out of vent. Tech recommends adding 6 to 8 feet of ductwork to system so when air is discharged it will not automatically be pulled out when exhaust fan is running. Office will contact customer with pricing.
