Tech washed and serviced unit and found aux drain pan to be full of water and found drain line to be clogged tech clean red drain line and cleared aux pan as well and insured unit to be draining properly at this time. Tech also found transformer to be buzzing tech recommends replacing customer will call in to have us come out and replace at a later time. Tech also notified customer of condition of aux drain pan and recommended replacement in the near future. Tech found no other challenges at this time unit is up heating and cooling properly at this time.
