Tech found 5 speed ECM blower motor unresponsive. Will not start. Tech confirmed line and low voltage to blower. 24 volts is present on speed tap 3. Tech jumped 24 volts to each of the 5 speed taps. No response from blower. Tech diagnosed failed ECM blower. Tech called customer and quoted price out of the book for variable speed blower and recommended system replacement. System is down. Need to contact customer ASAP regarding system replacement. No housecall per PSA.
