Performed CMA Inspection on 9 rooftop RTU Package systems and 5 Mini Split Systems. -RTU-1 condenser fan motor #2 not operating due to motor windings shorted to ground. -Recommend replacement of 1/2hp 480v fan motor, there is an estimate provided for replacement of motor attached to this invoice. -There will be someone from our office reaching out with some options for replacement of system if that would be a better option. - Air handler #3 inside garage Breakroom is not in operation. -Tech spoke with manager and upon managers request customer would not like any options to replace this system. -RTU #6 has 2 fan capacitors both rated 25mf. Fan capacitor #1 tested weak at 23.07mf, and fan capacitor #2 tested weak at 23.74. - Both capacitors or due for failure, recommend replacement of both fan capacitors. - There is an estimate attached to this invoice for replacement of both fan capacitors for RTU #6. -RTU #8 fan capacitor rated 25mf tested weak at 23.87mf.
