{RTU-5 — Office area} — Customer reported that the system is blowing hot air, regardless of thermostat setting turned off, heat, or cool. — Noted no 24V call for heat strips on W2 terminal and observed heat strip contactor #1 energized and blower running. The only circuit energized was O/B, in heat mode. Checked thermostat programming and found O/B energized in heat. Adjusted to O/B energized in cool. — Disconnected O wire from RTRM board and noted fan and heat strips shutting off normally. When O wire is reconnected, fan and heat strips engage, with all other thermostat wires de-energized. Disconnected all thermostat wires except for O wire from RTRM board and directly energized the O wire, observing same conditions. — RTRM board is faulty and needs to be replaced; customer approved part order. — Honeywell Vision Pro 8000 thermostat was intermittently unresponsive and may need to be replaced. Advised customer it may be replaced after the RTRM board is replaced and further diagnose
