Found the auxiliary heat strip sequencer disconnected due to being found stuck on previous history. Tech did find oil residue around the bottom of the condenser near the accumulator, leak repair was performed in June at the service ports. Tech was not able to pin point any leaks at this time. Heat pump is only blowing 86 degree temperature air due to the home being 56 degrees. After replacing the sequencer and connecting it back, the supply temperature increased to 108 degrees. Customer approved today’s repairs and is aware that there could be a small/micro leak at the condenser. System is back heating at this time. Maintenance visit may be due .
