Tech found split system condenser not running due to a failed 35/5uf dual run capacitor. Customer approved housecall and capacitor. Renewed agreement on 2 system MSA. Put card on file. Next visit in 6 months. System is back cooling. Put warranty label on capacitor.

RECOVERED REMAINING REFRIGERANT, REPAIRED LEAK AT DISCHARGE LINE, AND REPLACED FILTER DRIER. PASSED BOTH PRESSURE/VACUUM TESTS. ADDED FACTORY CHARGE OF 12LBS R410A. CYCLED IN HEATING/COOLING. PRESSURES WELL WITHIN SPECS. NO LEAK PRESENT AT TXV LINE. MOVED LINE AWAY FROM DISCHARGE TO PREVENT FURTHER RUBBING AND TAPED. WARRANTY.
FOUND SYSTEM ALMOST VOID OF REFRIGERANT UPON ARRIVAL. LOCATED OBVIOUS LEAK WHERE INDOOR TXV DISTRIBUTOR LINE ENTERS SUCTION LINE DUE TO VIBRATION RUBBING THROUGH. NEED TO ORDER AND REPLACE INDOOR TXV ASSEMBLY. CHARGED SYSTEM WITH 11LBS OF R410A FOR TIME BEING PER OFFICE. SYSTEM COOLING/HEATING AT THIS TIME. INVESTED IN ESA (1) SYSTEM.
Tech washed and seen unit Customer will call in and renew
System #2 was not frozen upon arrival, based on CMA inspection, a modular variable speed indoor blower motor was found not operating correctly. Tech verified the operation of then blower motor and confirmed a faulty/failed indoor blower motor. Not having indoor airflow will cause the system to freeze. Tech provided an estimate for replacement as costumer requested and will like to wait on the repairs for now. System #2 is down for now.
PERFORMED CMA INSPECTION ON 3 SPLIT SYSTEMS. UPON ARRIVAL, SPLIT SYSTEM 2 AIR HANDLER FOUND BLOWER MOTOR COMING ON A FEW SECONDS THEN GOING OFF, NOT STAYING RUNNING, DUE TO A BAD BLOWER MOTOR. RECOMMEND REPLACEMENT OF BLOWER MOTOR. VIDEO OF BLOWER MOTOR RUNNING ATTACHED. ALL OTHER STEMS PERFORMING PROPERLY.
