PERFORMED CMA FULL SERVICE ON 3 SPLIT SYSTEMS. SPLIT SYSTEM #1 FAN CAPACITOR RATED FOR 5mf TESTED WEAK AT 3.82mf. CAPACITOR DUE FOR FAILURE, RECOMMEND REPLACEMENT OF CAPACITOR. THERE IS AN ESTIMATE PROVIDED FOR REPLACEMENT OF CAPACITOR FOR SPLIT SYSTEM #1. ALL SYSTEMS ARE PERFORMING PROPERLY AND COOLING PROPERLY AT THIS TIME. CLEANED SYSTEMS CONDENSER AND EVAPORATOR COILS, ALSO COMPLETED FILTER CHANGE AND FLUSHED ALL DRAIN LINES. THERE ARE PICTURES AND A PERFORMANCE REPORT ATTACHED TO THIS INVOICE.

Tech arrived and found system and thermostat operating properly, tech pulled t stat off wall and found lots of moisture in thermostat. Tech found hot humid air coming in from hole behind t stat, tech sealed with foam insulation and sealant. No further challenges at this time
Upon arrival tech sealed hood from where underpinning was installed. Tech also replaced FP5000 with new VP8000 and wired for second stage. System is back operational at this time.
Tech found system operating properly but customer stated thermostat just came back on and was showing an error before. Based on previous techs notes, tech suspects thermostat issue. Tech also found bugs in thermostat. Tech replaced thermostat and verified system is operating properly. Contactor warranty.
Tech found system cooling properly upon arrival, tech noticed high humidity and found the fan was in the on position tech put back to auto system dropped 2 degrees while tech was on site. Customer explained issues with thermostat and it sounds like it had a t stat sensor error.
SYSTEM SET ON 60 UPON ARRIVAL. FOUND COMPRESSOR DRAWING PEAK OF AMP DRAW RATING, AND SYSTEM RUNNING HIGH HEAD PRESSURE DUE TO EXTREMELY CLOGGED CONDENSER COILS. FILTER COMPLETELY CLOGGED AS WELL. INVESTED IN PSA (1) SYSTEM. PERFORMED 1ST VISIT PER OFFICE. AMP DRAWS/PRESSURE BACK TO SPECS. SYSTEM IS 22 YEARS OLD AND MAJORITY OF CRAWLSPACE INSULATION HAS FALLEN, EXPOSING METAL DUCTS. CANNOT GUARANTEE SYSTEM PERFORMANCE ESPECIALLY ON HOT DAYS. SET TO 69 PER REQUEST.
-Performed CMA Inspection on 1 Trane Split AC System and 1 Marvair wall Mount AC System. -Found no challenges with systems. Operating correctly at this time. Filter count/size should be updated per equipment list.
Performed ESA, no issues at todays visit. Landscaping around system is in very poor condition. Poison ivy was located all around unit. Could not access certain parts of the system due to shrubs and poison ivy. Tech serviced unit the best as possible. Renewal to be billed out.
Tech found split system condenser not running due to a failed 35/5uf dual run capacitor. Customer approved housecall and capacitor. Renewed agreement on 2 system MSA. Put card on file. Next visit in 6 months. System is back cooling. Put warranty label on capacitor.

RECOVERED REMAINING REFRIGERANT, REPAIRED LEAK AT DISCHARGE LINE, AND REPLACED FILTER DRIER. PASSED BOTH PRESSURE/VACUUM TESTS. ADDED FACTORY CHARGE OF 12LBS R410A. CYCLED IN HEATING/COOLING. PRESSURES WELL WITHIN SPECS. NO LEAK PRESENT AT TXV LINE. MOVED LINE AWAY FROM DISCHARGE TO PREVENT FURTHER RUBBING AND TAPED. WARRANTY.
FOUND SYSTEM ALMOST VOID OF REFRIGERANT UPON ARRIVAL. LOCATED OBVIOUS LEAK WHERE INDOOR TXV DISTRIBUTOR LINE ENTERS SUCTION LINE DUE TO VIBRATION RUBBING THROUGH. NEED TO ORDER AND REPLACE INDOOR TXV ASSEMBLY. CHARGED SYSTEM WITH 11LBS OF R410A FOR TIME BEING PER OFFICE. SYSTEM COOLING/HEATING AT THIS TIME. INVESTED IN ESA (1) SYSTEM.
