Tech washed and serviced unit and found compressor megaohmed in the red and capacitor testing out of range. Tech attempted to pull blower but was not able to successfully pull blower due to refrigerant line being in the way and indoor containing a build up as well tech brushed coil. Tech turned over to field supervisor and is in contact with homeowner.
—Performed a CMA Full Service on 1 Wall Mount and 1 Split AC System. —Wall Mount AC - Marvair: Blower motor bearing has a loud noise. Motor may be due for failure. Video on related form under “Blower Section”. Office should provide estimate for motor replacement upon request. —Both systems operating at this time.

Replaced 8 angle stops in the house to pex style.
Tech drained water from bathroom branch line and sealed. Vent now has airflow and no more water sounds. Recommended investing in maintenance agreement.
Went under house and cleared grease from the main kitchen line from a clean out.
Tech returned and repaired collapsed ducts.
Tech arrived and found no airflow coming from vents on back side of house, tech found major water leak in crawl space caused supply line to collapse and fill with water. Water leak will need to be addressed first husband is a plumber so he is going take car of it. Tech left quote for duct repair 4feet of 12in flex and fix three way splice.
Installed PlasmaPure whole house air purifier.
Performed ESA on (1) Bryant Split Heat Pump System. Re-taped loose insulation from air handler panel. Left extra filters with Mr. Strickland. Built estimate for PlasmaPure air purifier due to small amount of mildew substance within in air handler before cleaning. System is operating and draining properly.
PERFORMED CMA FULL SERVICE ON 3 SPLIT SYSTEMS. SPLIT SYSTEM #1 FAN CAPACITOR RATED FOR 5mf TESTED WEAK AT 3.82mf. CAPACITOR DUE FOR FAILURE, RECOMMEND REPLACEMENT OF CAPACITOR. THERE IS AN ESTIMATE PROVIDED FOR REPLACEMENT OF CAPACITOR FOR SPLIT SYSTEM #1. ALL SYSTEMS ARE PERFORMING PROPERLY AND COOLING PROPERLY AT THIS TIME. CLEANED SYSTEMS CONDENSER AND EVAPORATOR COILS, ALSO COMPLETED FILTER CHANGE AND FLUSHED ALL DRAIN LINES. THERE ARE PICTURES AND A PERFORMANCE REPORT ATTACHED TO THIS INVOICE.

Tech arrived and found system and thermostat operating properly, tech pulled t stat off wall and found lots of moisture in thermostat. Tech found hot humid air coming in from hole behind t stat, tech sealed with foam insulation and sealant. No further challenges at this time
Upon arrival tech sealed hood from where underpinning was installed. Tech also replaced FP5000 with new VP8000 and wired for second stage. System is back operational at this time.
Tech found system operating properly but customer stated thermostat just came back on and was showing an error before. Based on previous techs notes, tech suspects thermostat issue. Tech also found bugs in thermostat. Tech replaced thermostat and verified system is operating properly. Contactor warranty.
