FOUND FAN WILL NOT CYCLE ON WITH HEAT DUE TO FAULTY SEQUENCERS. $449.00 PLUS TAX FOR REPAIRS. RECOMMEND REPLACING SYSTEM. RECOMMEND ESA.
Tech performed maintenance per energy savings agreement tech found no challenges at todays visit system is operating correctly at this time. Tech suggested adding plasma pure to system to help with bacterial findings she stated she will wait maybe next time. Homeowner extended PSA for 2 visits 1 year tech collected $308.51 via check.
Te h found unit upstairs blower not running and freezing up coil tech tested blower relay and found relay had failed tech tested blower motor 1/4hp 240v blower is within specs with a 1.15 amp draw tech suspects blower relay is causing blower to disengage at times and not run causing coil to freeze tech replaced blower relay price will be added to financing for new unit.
Tech arrived and found thermostat off, tech cut thermostat on and nothing happened, tech flipped disconnect and system came on after 5 minute delay. Tech found motor to have proper amps and capacitor to be reading good. System is operating properly with 18 degree delta t.
FOUND SCALE HOUSE SYSTEM NOT COOLING. REPLACED 1/3HP 1075RPM BLOWER MOTOR/ADDED AC RENEW. SYSTEM UP AND COOLING. BRENNAN APPROVED.
