Tech washed and serviced unit and found no challenges at this time. Tech was unable to pull blower due to unit trying to come off the wall.
Upon arrival tech was informed thermostat was blank. Inspected system and found breaker at air handler wa left off, turned breaker on and system started up. Checked system and everything is operational at this time.
Tech found t stat wire connection on fan control board loose and will not secure good connection. Tech zipped tied connection to get cooling over the weekend and found t stat shorted. Customer had another t stat system is cooling need to order control board.

WTH A MEMBERS SAVINGS OF $35.26, REPLACEMENT OF FAN CAPACITOR FOR SPLIT SYSTEM #7 WOULD BE $213.29. ALL OTTHER 12 HEAP PUMP CONDENSERS HAD PROPER CAPACITOR READINGS FOR BOTH FAN AND COMPRESSOR CAPACITORS. TECH CLEANED CONDENSER COILS AND OUTSIDE CABINETS OF ALL 13 HEAT PUMP CONDENSERS. TECH PERFORMED CMA FULL SERVICE ON 13 AIR HANDLERS , ALL AIR HANDLERS WERE COOLING PROPERLY AND TECH CLEANED DRAIN LINES OF AIR HANDLERS. AIR HANDLERS HAVE NO ISSUES AT CURRENT TIME. TECH COMPLETED FILTER CHANGE. THER ARE PICTURES AND A PERFORMANCE REPORT ATTACHED TO THIS INVOICE.
Upon arrival tech found contactor not allowing voltage through tech found ants in contactor. Tech replaced after approval system is back cooling with 18 delta t. Customer signed up for 1 time a year monthly
Upon arrival system was on and cooling with no challenges, customer stated it has been working on and off for a couple days tech found secondary drain pan full of water tech also found crack in drain pan. Field supervisor going to call to give options tech cleared secondary pan per customer request. Bill for work performed
Repaired 3” pvc sewer line under house…..the fitting didn’t appear to have any glue on it
Upon arrival tech found upstairs system void of refrigerant. Customer approved leak search, tech added nitrogen and found system to be leaking at suction like joint at evaporator. Tech quoted repair price and customer approved. Tech brazed leak and evacuated system, system held vacuum successfully. Tech weighed in 5lbs 4oz of R410A per manufacturer. Started system and monitored operation, system is back up and cooling. Recommended investing in service agreement.
Found the indoor mortex coil freezing up upon arrival. R22 pressures of 36/155psi high superheat and low subcool, indications of a leak. Tech spotted a leak at the indoor coil on the left bottom side near the back. Tech provided the options to the homeowner, and would like to have the estimates sent over by email to review/discuss prior to making a decision, tech advised that it is not recommended to recharge the system even with AC leak freeze(leak stopper). Field supervisor visit was declined for now. Homeowners stated that they will call when they are ready to move forward with a decision. System is down for now.

(OTHER END FELLOWSHIP HALL UNIT) R22 SYSTEM IS IN OVERALL POOR SHAPE DUE TO AGE. MAY BE STRUGGLING ON HOT DAYS. PRESSURES WITHIN SPECS. OD FAN MOTOR AMPING AT PEAK OF RATING, BLOWER MOTOR BEARINGS ARE NOISEY. COSTLY REPAIRS NOT RECOMMENDED. HANDED OVER TO FIELD SUPERVISOR. 13 TOTAL SYSTEMS IN NEED OF CMA MAINTENANCE. NO LONGER BEING COVERED THROUGH LOCAL COMPANY. HANDED OVER TO FIELD SUPERVISOR AS WELL.
