Ricardo is professional, personable and very knowledgeable. During his visit, he maintained three distinctly different systems of varying makes, models and ages. He replaced a capacitor in one and recommended a Soft Start Kit to extend the lifetime of a compressor in the oldest system. He treated us with respect while explaining the condition of each unit.
