Tech performed service on goodman package unit. Customer stated does not use unit. Keeps unit off at all times. Tech only performed service on unit, did not wash unit due to the inability to wash/clean unit. Tech informed customer that contactor is reading weaker @232v and amp-draws are little higher than specification. Customer is aware at this time. Tech talked to Joy in office about situation(s). Tech cut unit back off per customer request. Customer stated would like tech to come back for future service. Delta t is within specification and customer is satisfied with today’s service. Found no other challenges at todays visit.
