Performed ESA per maintenance plan. Customer re-invested into our maintenance plan premium. Tech found a blower motor capacitor reading 2.3 out of 7.5, motor is hot but still operating. Blower motor replacement is recommended. Outdoor compressor running capacitor reading 37 out of 40 mfd, replacement is recommended. Tech provided the estimates to the homeowner and decided to wait to perform the repairs for now but may be ready next week. Tech did not was the outdoor unit due to the water spigot being damaged (the one by the outdoor unit) , customer would like a visit from one of our plumbers to come and provide an estimate to repair, preferably Monday or Wednesday. Customer request paper comps of the invoice and service contract to be sent along with the estimate for the HVAC repairs by regular mail.
