Excellent same day service!

There is never a good time for the heat pump to break but Jackson and Sons always is right on it, usually seeing us the same day and gets us back up and running quickly and professionally. We are long term customers and plan to remain so.

Systems 2 and 3 which were recently put in have drain issues Unit 2 is not level Unit 2 and 3 primary drains lay flay on joists and turn and remain flat Recommend adding a condensate pump for each unit should resolve the lack of slope Also both units need a filter cut in at the airhandler fresh air intakes are making coils dirty very quickly TEM4A0C43M41SB and TEM4A0C43M41SB both need to be reworked to ensure smooth operation

Found system cooling upon arrival, dehumidification system needed adjustment at the thermostat and at the unit. Tech found the reversing valve enabled the whole time even after adjustments. Straight ac system uses hot gas to dehumidify at the unit which runs to another coil that sits in front of the Evaporator coil which gets warm to dehumidify. Tech unplugged the reversing valve and enabled dehumidification at the thermostat set to 50%. Delta improved and thermostat temperature went down from 85 to 76 throughout today’s visit.

Blower motor amp was with specs and capacitor was also within specs. Unit 2 s#2748 tech found outdoor fan motor was making a loud squeaking noise indicating bearings are starting to fail will cause future issue and pressure were at 43/140 induction of low on refrigerant r22 leak is present tech recom
