Jacobs Ladder was the only contractor we found with availability who was able/willing to pressure test and repair/replace our gas lines when DTE found leaks but couldn’t isolate the problem. While it was a pricier problem than we anticipated, JL actually found another leak that DTE did not identify, and saved us the hassle of longer delays in getting the gas back on, and having to have a contractor come back out a second time. We will absolutely use JL again in the future for our home repair needs and will recommend them to friends and family.
