There were some early miscommunications that were resolved by Jacob calling me directly to clarify my unusual situation. This was during two separate heat waves so I appreciate the personal time to make sure we had everything dialed in, given I know how busy they had to be. On the service call itself, Aaron brought expertise, hard work, and helpful clear advice. When Nick arrived later that day as his wingman, he doubled down with what Aaron was bringing to the table and these guys stayed until the job was done, despite my house/system throwing a few curveballs at them. They stayed friendly, in affable spirits throughout putting in a long day of hard work in high temperatures, and never once made me feel like my questions were unimportant or I was interrupting them, even though I was sleep deprived and likely more babbling than communicating. That says something extremely positive about them and the way the company treats customers. Despite early miscommunications the company and staff's commitment to the personal touch and delivering quality service solved my issues and helped me finally resolve a somewhat complicated bid. Thanks folks, including the gals in the office who deserve their own mention.
