1. They asked for a description of the apparent problem; then to save time for everyone asked for a photo of the drip, and asked if we had the faucet model ID. And then they ordered the part! 2. They showed up and at the appointed time! And they were happy to be here! 3. The plumber (Isaac) was nice, thoughtful, and interested in the job. 4. The work was cleanly done and cleanly cleaned up after. 5. Isaac was efficient and very pleasant. 6. The job was done right with care to the fit AND he explained what happened! Wow! 7. The price was extremely reasonable. Who could ask for anything more?
