Customer stated 2 ac units were down determined that unit 2 has a bad condensor fan motor and will need to be replaced found compressor on unit one was not operating checked all electrical components and controls reset system compressor came on cycled system and found high head pressure cleaned condensor coil this corrected the issue. Returning with a condensor fan motor to install on the 5 ton unit. Replaced condenser fan motor and capacitor cycled unit all operations are ok at this time. the other unit is not running again unit has a bad compressor due to age of unit i recommend it be replaced i will put quote together for replacement
