Performed clean and check on AC system. Checked refrigerant charge, superheat and delta-T. Tested and inspected all electrical components and blower motor assembly, checked filter which does not need changed, ensured proper drainage, tested t-stat operations and cycled system in cooling. Advised customer that blower capacitor is getting weak, recommended replacing. Customer will be interested in equipment replacement estimate sometime soon. Everything is operating normally at this time.
