Customer stated first floor ac had frozen and there are balancing issues on second floor ac found unit 1 slightly low on charge with service caps off of the unit balanced system and added new caps under warranty as this occurred at last service. Tested and inspected all electrical components and controls cuecked charge on unit 2 rinsed and cleaned ac coils which were clogged and rechecked amp draw and confirmed proper operation of both units customer did not want a maintenance contract at this time.
