Kenny always takes time to explain how things are going and makes appropriate recommendations. He then listens to customer concerns. He even cleaned up around the air conditioner unit. I have been unable to do so because of a broken foot. Kenny is always the technician I request.

Great Service, friendly technician, well knowledgeable and fair

Kenny was our service tech today. First time having anything serviced with J&D and he made it a breeze for us. Was very friendly and didn't mind us hanging out to learn about what all he does and to show us good and bad things with our systems. Very knowledgeable and wasn't pushy in trying to get us to upgrade everything. I'm about to deploy in a couple of months and definitely trust them with taking care of my home! Definitely helps with the 3 year plan and we'll worth the money.
