Your service tech, Kenny, is top-notch. He is not only highly tech-savvy, but he also has the right personality for interacting with us. In fact, over the years we have found that all of your techs are outstanding in what they do and in customer service. Having said that, this is outstanding service is a direct reflection on the ownership, and Shari, the office manager is always outstanding when talking with us.
