Not the best service. Tech didn’t have the equipment with him, had to make another appointment. Tech was nice but not very knowledgeable. Not my best experience with JMS.

Remove old shower valve, replace with new shower valve.
Installed a new main house shut-off valve, replumbed the associated piping, and replaced the expansion tank. Additionally, I replaced the kitchen faucet and installed new shut-off valves. A follow-up visit is required to address the shower valve and complete the remaining tasks.
I replaced hose bib and added a drain so that in the winter time they can drain the water out so that they don’t freeze
Performed precision tuneup. Changed filter as the customer is owed a free one on this service. Unit was very dirty and was undercharged. I added 1 pound of 410a and unit is now running smoothly

Will need to special order two moen two handle shower valves and two 14x14 access panels. Customer will be supplying shower heads and handles.

Performed leak inspection on gas line. Found leak at st 90. Replaced fitting and ensured no further leaks.
For this job, the customer was not getting any heat, going into her bedroom on the first floor and a bedroom below in the basement. I went to inspect the ductwork with the camera but I was not able to get the camera working. So what I done is collect information of the ductwork and got pictures and videos of where they are located. I also got the measurements of the ductwork. As of right now, we would need to follow up with the customer, and give her the information we have collected.
Installed 240 outlet and verified proper operation.
Quoted customer to install ev outlet in garage. Will be about a 30 ft run with a 30 amp breaker and a 240v outlet. Need to schedule asap.
Replaced whole house filter. Verified proper operation. Quoted customer for bathroom repairs. Will be replacing toilet, shower and setting vanity to run waterlines.
Performed water test and found water to have 0 iron, 7.0 acidity which means neutral, and 0 hardness. Water tested perfect.
Installed new power vent water heater. Was not able to get old water heater out by myself so we will need to return to remove it.
When arriving at the customers house, I performed a leak check on their geothermal. I checked all the lines coming off the compressor. I found no leaks coming from there but when I started to check the coil, it started beeping 99%. I took it away put it on medium setting and it beat and I took it away again on low setting and it beat as well. I confirmed the unit not fit to be replaced. I gave a couple estimates to the customer.
