Customer called and said AC unit wasn’t working properly, but would like to have maintenance done on it. When we arrive, we found out the condenser was completely clogged and need to be cleaned. We performed a precision tuneup which includes washing the outdoor unit. We also found that blower wheel was dirty and capacitor for indoor motor was weak. Customer wants to hold off on making those repairs. System is now operating properly. Customer would also like a price on adding an extra fan in back bedroom
