Mini turbo, capacitor. Performed precision heat tuneup. Upon inspection found a capacitor on the blower wheel to be under powered. This was replaced with mini turbo. Blower wheel runs at 10 µF.
Customer requested we put heat tape on his water lines. He also signed up for AMM. Office to schedule heat tune up.
Drains appear not to be clogged. Ran water in kitchen, bathroom and washer for ten mins , nothing backed up . When client heard a flushing sound in house the pressure of the water must of cleared clog. No issues found no work performed
Replaced 40/5 dual capacitor. Performed ac tune-up and verified proper operation. Replaced 16x20x4 Honeywell filter.
Fan motor wire wasn’t connected to the contactor. I reattached the wire started up unit and made sure everything was working properly
For this job, I took the old toilet out and installed the new toilet system. After the installation, I checked the operation of the toilet and found to be working in normal condition. I also did not find any leaks. Toilet is working in normal operation
Call Reason: When I arrived on job site, customer told me that furnace would fire up and then kick out. Problem: So I set the thermostat up 10° and went downstairs and furnace was running when I got down there. I inspected the burners and found that they were in bad shape and starting to crumble. I also found that the spark ignition pilot was in poor shape and not able to be taken apart. I cleaned the igniter, the best I could. I also checked the capacitor on the blower motor and it was within specs it was rated for 7.5 and was reading 7.4. I cycled furnace 3 to 4 times and it fired off every time and ran just fine. Solution: I would recommend replacing the burners and the igniter assembly along with the spark tubing. Overview: Furnace is very old, but I could not find any major issues outside of the ones stated above. Heat exchanger is starting to rust which will lead to failure. Furnace is definitely at the end of its life. Please mail invoice. Customer does not have an email
For this job, the customer wanted their valves to their washing machine replace. And while I was there, they asked if I could add two shut off valve underneath the washer and dryer. When I went take the I could not get to it without putting an access panel to get to it. After I informed the customer this information, the customer gave me the OK to put one in. After installing the shut off valve underneath the dryer and washer, and replaced the washing machine shut off valves, I turned the main wire back on to check for leaks, and I did not find any leakage. The washer machine system is working in normal operation.
For this job, the customer furnace was not coming on due to the pressure switch. So I blow into the hose line and I sucked into the pressure switch. After I did that the furnace immediately came on. So I recommended to the customer having a tuneup done on her furnace and talk to her about our Gold Plan Membership. And she wanted our plan. I created an estimate and they gave me the OK to have the office. Call them and schedule an appointment. As of right now, the customer has heat. I did not find any other issues with the system
Installed AAV and verified proper operation.
Installed furnace / AC and proper duct system. Ran electrical, gas, and flue pipes. Installed in attic space. Duct system includes insulated round metal duct with flex runs for each supply.
Found thermocouple to be falling apart. Replaced thermocouple and verified everything was operating properly.
Installed furnace ensured proper operation.
Made repair to vent in attic. Need to put together quote for 15 ft of 1.5 pvc, an auto air vent and rebuilding trap under kitchen sink. Need to let customer know price and when we can return.
Ran handheld machine through kitchen sink drain, hit a few spots early on that were potential blockages. Ran machine all the way though 2 times and could not get drain working. Problem is deeper than I can reach with handheld machine. Need to return with medium machine to run through kitchen sink drain.
