Customer called and said the toilet was plugged. When I arrived on job site I found that there was a hard plug in toilet are use my closet auger to get it working again. I also noticed that half-bath stool was leaking water so I pulled it and found that whoever installed that toilet put a 12 inch Ruff in in the place of a 10 inch Ruff in.
