I am beyond thrilled with the excellent service provided by our technician Randy. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took care of our A/C needs in one visit. I found him to be honest and straightforward. I did not feel as though I was being sold anything that I did not understand the need for. My whole experience with JN was a pleasant one. My appointment was scheduled for 2pm. As is often the case with any home repair there was a delay. To my delight and surprise, I received a call from the JN office before my scheduled appointment time to notify me of the delay. In short, I was treated the way I would like to be treated. Great customer service at every turn. I would highly recommend JN to anyone in Northeast, GA. COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED.
