Completed Summer preventive maintenance and tune up on 2 split heat pump systems. Both systems are ready for the summer. While completing preventive maintenance I found a serious ventilation hazard for dryer vent and was able to provide an immediate repair. Will clean out dryer vent on next maintenance visit
