Andrew and his crew were fabulous. Got the job done in an excellent manner and with professionalism. Always left the area clean. Super manners and patient when I had a question. Our internet connection was giving issues but he was patient and used all tech skills to get it connected and working. The whole team did a great job. We had a lot done! Installed a Mitsubishi mini split heat pump at a commercial location for a frequently used building entrance area. Outdoor unit mounted above ground on a wall bracket, installed a copper refrigerant line set, new drain line system, all high voltage in conduit, outdoor service disconnect, and a remote control for temperature control.
Today we got the line set made and hung in the closet. We then were able to get all line set connected and ran nitrogen pressure tests. We then vacuumed out the line set with the vacuum pump. We finished all the electrical connections at the outdoor unit and indoors. We fired the unit up and finished the installation process. Unit is running smooth and proper. We finished the day by doing a proper cleaning of the work area.

Installed outdoor wall brackets to brick exterior and hung a mini split outdoor heat pump 7’ above ground level. Hung indoor wall head on brick wall. Installed all high voltage in position in conduit ready for final connections. Mounted outdoor service disconnect.
Today we were able to get the outdoor unit mount on the exterior wall and was also able to place the outdoor unit on it. We then mounted the indoor unit to the wall above the closet door. Finally, ended the day by running electrical on the wall in the closet and to the indoor unit.

Created a project plan for our next heating and cooling installation; made all required penetrations through brick and block walls for refrigerant line passages.
Today we came and inspected the work area of the job and determine our measurements for the line set. We then drilled the holes in the brick and cleaned up.
