The technician arrived on time (I had gotten a call ahead of time from the office to tell me that he was finishing up previous home and would be at my house next). Of course he put his special boots on when entering my home so didn't bring in any dirt from outside. When he finished tuning up the heating system and installing new humidifier pad he explained everything to me. totally thorough and totally knowledgeable and totally professional.
